Send a contact event

Persists a workspace-scoped business event, resolves or creates the matching contact, applies any contact property and mailing-list updates from the request, and runs synchronous event side effects in the same transaction. For delayed template delivery, this endpoint schedules future send jobs immediately; the template-delivery worker later executes those persisted jobs and does not consume the raw events table directly.
